Common Ground Grow Co designs, builds, and maintains edible gardens. Information on this site is general; any specific project is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us.
Quotes & estimates
Prices, packages, and timelines described on this site are estimates for general guidance and are not an offer. A final scope and price are provided in a written proposal and may vary with site conditions.
Scheduling & weather
Garden work depends on weather and growing seasons. Scheduling is subject to conditions outside our control.
Living things
Plants are living and their growth depends on care, climate, soil, pests, and other factors. We design and build to a high standard, but we do not guarantee specific yields or that every plant will thrive.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not limit any rights set out in a signed project agreement.
Intellectual property
The site, our brand, and the garden designs and plans we produce are our intellectual property unless a project agreement says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
